Boosting your ongoing

The Dine-Around Club has been created here on the Marina Alta to help you, it's Restaurant Partners, to substantially increase your income by generating you more business.  This is achieved by connecting you, through our various marketing processes with an ever increasing group of additional customers. Initially these will comprise residents, local business people and holidaying visitors – all people who dine out frequently – and who are eager to discover and patronise a variety of new eateries, both as couples and within the company of their friends who may also be members.  Joining Dine-Around will enable them to do so whilst expending less of their monthly disposable income, or if they prefer, allows them to increase the number of occasions on which they eat out each month for the same expenditure.

Most of the individuals who join Dine-Around will also be keen to combine their membership with a joint membership of our associated Health, Wealth and Happiness Club (HWH).  The HWH Club is notable for  offering it's members access to a comprehensive monthly programme of Social and Leisure meetings, events and trips at priviledged members prices which encourages all members to venture out regularly and meet numerous, like minded, new people whilst cultivating enduring new friendships.

In addition to enrolling it's core membership from the resident ex-pats and local citizens and business folk of the Marina Alta, The joint Dine-Around/HWH Clubs have completed the development of our sustainable marketing plan designed to:

  Provide those local residents who enjoy eating out and regular socialising with an opportunity to save a meaningful amount of  money whilst doing so.

  Enable local Restaurants and Hospitality Establishments to increase their profitable turnover by catering for our Dine-Around Members.

✔  Offer our Members straightforward opportunities to generate a recurring income whilst helping to grow and operate the Clubs, both in the Marina Alta and in other Districts of Spain and abroad.

✔  Enlist visiting holidaymakers and individuals on extended  breaks to the Marina Alta into the Club's as Associate Members whose Subscription Free membership will continue when they return to whereever they live abroad.

An Irresistible

Our rapidly growing numbers of Advocate Members in the UK will begin the process of building themselves a Recurring Monthly Income by enrolling other 'Early Birds' in their District thereby providing momentum to the Clubs' rollout planned for each designated District of the UK.                                                                                                                                                                                         The Advocates role is simply to issue 'invitations' to prospective members in the UK - whether they be friends and family, other individuals they encounter by chance or those whom they devote their time to positively seeking out. The newly enrolled will either join the Clubs' as  Subscription Free Associate Members or as fellow Advocates who will in their turn be financially motivated to “Spread the Word”.                                                                                                                                                                                         

The Advocates will also be able to earn additional income by encouraging both newly enjoined members and prospective members to visit the Marina Alta District of Spain as Associate Members of the Club's for the duration of their visit.

Those UK members whether they be Advocates, Associates or Prospective Members who take up this offer to visit the Marina Alta will enjoy massive enhancements to their visit - usually worth in excess of 100 Euros per couple per day – derived mostly as their reward for eating out with our Dine-Around Restaurant Partners, but also from regular participation in our comprehensive - priviledged prices to locals - HWH Programme of daily events in the company of their fellow visitors and the welcoming local community of members resident in - or on extended visits to - the Marina Alta.

How our Rapid Growth Formula Will boost our restaurant partners 

Income

The Dine-Around Club has been created here on the Marina Alta to help you, it's Restaurant Partners, to substantially increase your income by generating you more business for FREE.

Your restaurants full details and the menu offer you wish to make to Dine-Around Members and which is agreed between us will be Listed in our Dine-Around Members Handbook that we publish each month and also on our Dine-Around Restaurant Partners Website and The Dine-Around Members Website.

As a result of our activities and the mutual co-operation between us, we will help you fill your tables - in particular at quieter times and out of season - with good quality customers at no initial outlay to yourself.

In summary,  as a result of your agreement with Dine-Around, you  will discover that your premises are visited more frequently, your phone rings more often with bookings outside your usual peak times resulting in your tables being occupied more fully and regularly.  In particular you will thrive more than previously in seasonal off peak times and with day to day bookings at times when you are usually quiet.

         

We believe our compelling case for visitors to spend their holidays and extended breaks in the Marina Alta - rather than go elsewhere in Spain or another country - will invariably lead to many of them continuing to visit the area on a regular basis to continue to interact with their new found community of friends in what many will soon come to feel has become akin to their second home.

 

Indeed for many members this sense of belonging will be the first step towards them making a permanent move to the Area!

Booking

As a Restaurant Partner You Will In Your Agreement with The Dine-Around Club: 

 

1. Agree to accept bookings from Dine-Around Members -  up to a maximum total number of Dine-Around visitors at any one time  you choose – for Breakfasts, Lunchtimes and Evening Meals on specified days and times you allocate.

2. Provide Dine-Around Members with Meals at privileged prices which will include attractive offers you choose such as:

 •      40-50% off  the total Full Menu excluding drinks

 •      25-30% off  the Breakfast Menu

 •      20 % off the 'menu del dia' price plus 40% off the additional drinks

 •      Two meals for the price of one excluding drinks

 •      30-40% off the total price including drinks

 •      An additional 10% 'early bird' offer if member books and arrives for lunch before 12 midday or for an evening meal before 6.30pm.

 •      First drink gratis if visiting for lunch before 12 midday or visiting for dinner before 6.30pm

Any other attractive suggestions that you may propose to offer those Dine-Around Members attending your premises will be welcomed by the Club

  • Dine-Around Members will always place advance bookings with the Restaurant Partner they wish to visit in through the Dine-Around HQ link.  Dine-Around HQ will in turn place the booking with the chosen restaurant before confirming the booking with both the Dine-Around member and the Restaurant Partner via email or phone message.

 

  • In the event that the first choice booking is unavailable at the particular time and day requested, Dine-Around HQ will take details of alternative options from the first choice, and contact the Dine-Around Member with the alternative offers, together with known vacancies with other Restaurant Partners in the vicinty of their First Choice.

 

  • Any alternative chosen by the Dine-Around Member will be re-confirmed with the Restaurant Partner before being confirmed with the Dine-Around HQ.

Profits

You Don't Need To Pay Dine-Arounds Share of Your Additional Profits Until The Following Month!

The income share that each Partner Restaurant should contribute each month to the Dine-Around Club will be based upon a small percentage share of the total additional income that Dine-Around Members have contributed to the Partner Restaurant the previous Month. This share will apply only to those meals booked and paid for at the Club Priviledged Rates which have been agreed with each Restaurant Partner and which are publicised on each individual Restaurant Partner's Listing in the Dine-Around Members Handbook and on the Dine-Around website.

The percentage due will increase through a series of income bands (see Income Share to be paid to Dine-Around From the Additional Income Generated by their Members below)

How To Calculate The Income Share Due Each Month From The Restaurant Partners

To Either The Dine-Around Or HWH Clubs'

 

1.      All bookings requested by Dine-Around members with their chosen Restaurant Partners will be placed through the Clubs' HQ Link who will in turn place them with the selected Restaurant Partner. Upon acceptance of the booking by the Restaurant Partner, HQ will contact the Dine-Around Member to confirm their booking has been made.

 

2.      Upon the Member having fulfilled the booking with the Restaurant Partner who has consumed and paid for their meal,  the Partner will retain an additional copy of the transaction invoice which was supplied to the Member.  This copy invoice will be added to the list of all payments received from Dine-Around Members the previous month be forwarded to, or collected by, a Dine-Around Club Representative.

 

3.      When the list is matched with the bookings made and confirmed with a Dine-Around Members the previous month and it does not contain an invoice for that booking made - then the Restaurant Partner will be contacted and will either confirm whether it was a 'no show' or omission of the invoice from the list and amend the list and payment accordingly. On the other hand, if a 'no show' is the outcome then the Member will be contacted and an explanation requested.  (Note: whether the member should be penalised is to be decided after research)

 

4.      If the Club has any query on the details of an invoice copy received from the Restaurant Partner, then the Club will verify the transaction details with the visiting Dine-Around Member who received the meal to ensure that their copy of the Invoice they received is correct.

 

5.       At the beginning of each month the details of all the previous months transaction invoices received and listed from each Restaurant Partner for the meals received and paid for by members of Dine-Around. Having been tallied, agreed and any errors corrected, it will be consolidated and the Clubs' agreed Income Share calculated and entered upon the relevant Club's Monthly Income Share Invoice  before being submitted – or taken to - each Restaurant Partner for payment. This payment is due for transfer or collection by the 15th of the month following directly on the month in which the transactions took place.
